Clipaio is a screen recording Chrome extension that allows users to capture their screen, webcam, and audio. Recordings can be uploaded to the cloud and shared via generated links.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you may be required to sign in using Google or Email authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Record or distribute content that violates any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Record private conversations or content without consent
- Distribute malware, spam, or harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
5. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you record using Clipaio. By uploading recordings, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
6. Data Storage
Videos are stored using third-party cloud services (Cloudinary). While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. Use the Service at your own risk.
7. Service Limitations
Clipaio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including breach of these Terms.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
