Because your satisfaction is our priority, we offer simple and transparent policies for plan cancellations and transaction refunds.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your Clipaio Pro or Clipaio Team subscription for any reason, you are eligible for a full refund of your transaction under our **14-day Money-Back Guarantee**.

  • The refund request must be made within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase or upgrade transaction.
  • This guarantee applies to both monthly and yearly plans.
  • To request a refund under the 14-day guarantee, simply email us at deepakedge.com@gmail.com with your account email and Payment ID.

2. Subscription Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription plan at any time. There are absolutely no hidden fees, cancellation charges, or commitments.

  • How to Cancel: You can trigger cancellation instantly from your account dashboard by visiting your Settings page, or by contacting our team via email at deepakedge.com@gmail.com.
  • Effective Date: Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active, and you will retain full access to all Pro/Team premium features (unlimited recordings, custom branding, password protection) until the end of your current active paid billing cycle (monthly or yearly).
  • Reversion to Starter: At the end of your current paid cycle, your subscription will terminate and your account will automatically revert to our free Starter plan, which is subject to standard free-tier limits (30 videos and 1.0 GB storage). Your existing recordings will remain safely saved in your account.

3. Refund Processing & Timelines

All approved refunds are processed and sent back to your original payment source automatically.

  • Payment Gateway: All payments on Clipaio are processed securely via **Razorpay**. When a refund is initiated by our team, it is managed directly through Razorpay's systems.
  • Processing Timeline: Once a refund is initiated, it typically takes **5 to 7 business days** for the credit to reflect in your original payment source (bank account, credit/debit card, UPI, or wallet), depending on your financial institution's processing speeds.
  • Confirmation: You will receive an automated email confirmation from both Razorpay and Clipaio once the refund transaction is successfully processed.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Except as specified in Section 1 (our 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee) or required under applicable consumer protection laws:

  • Subscription payments are non-refundable, and we do not offer partial refunds or pro-rated credits for unused time in a monthly or yearly billing cycle.
  • Subsequent renewal charges (after the initial purchase cycle) are non-refundable. You must cancel your plan before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.
