All communication between the Clipaio Chrome Extension, Firebase dashboard, Cloudinary storage systems, and Gemini API is strictly routed through high-grade HTTPS (SSL/TLS 1.3) protocols.
- Videos on the Cloud: Videos are hosted on secure Cloudinary servers with unsigned upload presets and unique token identifiers, guaranteeing raw links remain confidential.
- Firestore Rules Protection: The Firestore database enforces strict security rules. Unauthenticated users cannot read private videos, and users can only manage their own video assets.
- Zero Local Caching Risk: Videos are uploaded directly from the browser popup context, meaning no temporary files are written to the user's hard drive, removing local forensic recovery risks.
Secure Google Authentication
Clipaio does not store or process passwords when you use Google Sign-In. All session tokens are safely stored inside Firebase's secure sandboxed storage, keeping your credentials fully protected against session hijacking.
GDPR & Compliance Commitment
We respect your privacy rights globally. Users can delete their videos from the dashboard at any time, which instantly deletes the Firestore record and associated metadata permanently. To request a full account wipe, you can contact our security team at any time.
